I arrived, parked in rear. I could see the back entrance door open and someone peek out. (guessing they have cameras). I was greeted with a smile and a hello. She (Linda, was wear a very sexy red outfit) I said I needed to use the restroom, since it took me an hour to get here. She showed me where to restroom was and closed the door. Over the years I have sampled many offerings in Delmar which is an hour away. Last I've read Sunshine is still open for business but reviews have been negative. High prices for limited lackluster service. I've never sampled Dover area that is about the same distance you may want to read comments in that thread for the past few months.
I travel to Ocean City from DC often so have kept my eyes open for adventure. Places come and go. My conclusion is that the scene on the Eastern Shore can't compete with the Northern VA or Prince Georges County offerings.

Prince Georges is one of the MD counties to the east and south east. Due to laws and LEO Montgomery is barren. Fairfax County VA is not.
