Well, my problem with the whole thing is the amount of time that she allowed him. If he's not answering his phone, maybe it's because his wife is there, or boss, or kids, etc...

Imagine if she was blowing your phone up, and your wife, kids, or boss, or Mrs Wtby were standing right there wondering who this person was, you wouldn't be too happy. I understand how frustrating it can be to be ripped off, but I believe her paranoia that he just wasn't answering to get away with not paying her the $50 or whatever it was got the best of her. If a week or two went by and he still hadn't made an effort to contact her, then her anger would be justified.

Maybe he was the poor sap that was mangled on I-84 in West Hartford riding the motorcycle. Would that be a good enough excuse in not returning her phone calls?

We all know Goth is a doll and she deserves to be paid and is hard working, anyone who comes out here and downs what she does is a dam hypocrite, because we all know the reason why we are here, so lets not develop a double standard, however playing Devils advocate and before you finish putting the final nail in the cross - give the guy a chance to step up and do the right thing. There is certainly a possibility something did happen but we won't know. In the alternative it is certainly possible he is undesireable and should be so admonished, flogged, Caned and whatever other punishment Goth determines is suitable :-)

So, I'm assuming by going after some Rhode Island girls, that all of the local drug dealers and murderers in Bridgeport have all been apprehended, the streets are all drug and gun free, and the vice unit has nothing else to do with their time?

BRIDGEPORT — Three people who traveled from Rhode Island after advertising sexual services on the Internet were arrested early Saturday in a police sting. From the Web site Craigslist, the alleged prostitutes agreed to come to Bridgeport for sex to what they believed was "Tom N Tony's Automotive" garage, but actually were the offices of the Tactical Narcotics Team. "We fished, they bit and they came down," said Officer Edward Rivera said.
Lean Castillo, 23, of Pawtucket, R.I., and Isabely Garcia, 24, of Providence, R.I., were charged with prostitution by officers in the department's Tactical Narcotics Team. Castillo's brother, Joel Castillo, 22, of Providence, was charged with promoting prostitution and possession of marijuana. According to the report filed by Lt. Chris LaMaine, Lean Castillo, who identified herself as "Nancy, " contacted LaMaine shortly after midnight Saturday and offered to drive to Bridgeport with another woman for sex for $450. Castillo advertised herself as "real hot," "wild" and "naughty" on the Web site.

Police said Castillo and Garcia, who was referred to as "Veronica," arrived at 3:10 a.m. at the department's narcotics and vice division headquarters on River Street, which had been made to look like a garage. LaMaine said the women went into the building and washed up in a bathroom shortly after arriving. After arranging couch cushions as a makeshift bed, Castillo demanded payment before any sex occurred. LaMaine said he left the room,
telling the women he was going to get the money. He returned a minute later with other TNT officers. The women were immediately arrested. Joel Castillo, who was still in Lean Castillo's 1992 Jaguar X-Type, was arrested shortly thereafter. Officer Rivera said the narcotics and vice forces monitor the Internet because illegal services being advertised could be available to Bridgeport residents. Police seized several items from the suspects and car, including $270, four condoms, three dental dams, three cell phones, a laptop computer, several pieces of lingerie, a GPS unit, and a log book with names of clients, their addresses and the prices they paid.
Rivera said LaMaine received about six or seven other calls from suspected prostitutes late Friday night offering their services.

"There are all kinds of backdoor deals being done on cell phones and people are coming [to Bridgeport] to do services. We're getting our message out there," Rivera said. "If you're freely advertising crime on the Internet, don't think the police department doesn't have access to computers," he said.

Lean Castillo admitted in a statement to police she and Garcia were working as prostitutes and her brother drives them to appointments. Rivera said Lean Castillo had been a prostitute for about four years and made up to $10,000 a week. Garcia had been in prostitution for a year, Rivera said. If they are only charging $450 total between them and they have to drive from R.I. It would be very difficult for them to make $10K a week.
