Would any of you want to post your actual number in a sex ad so that it would come up in a generalized google search? Maybe they're not trying to hide anything from would-be johns as much as hiding the fact that they're escorting from their regular circle of friends and family. Of course, if they're going to be in this business they should probably get a specialized cell phone to be used just for the business, just like some mongers do. But not all girls do that and many just use their regular phone for both professional and personal use. Its probably a false economy but despite all the money we pay them and the total income we think they make, practically all the ones I've ever met seem to be struggling to pay their bills, including their cell phones which sometimes get shut off. So, adding the "expense" of a second line may not seem like such a good idea to them, even though it probably really is.

I agree that there might be a good reason. I talked to her on the phone for about 15mins and asked a lot of questions. She seemed to have a reasonable answer for everything I asked. She even offered to meet me at mutual location first so we could talk and I could decide if I wanted to set up an appointment.
