Of course, I scuttled around in my car for a bit until he crept passed me again, but fortunately he DID pass without every saying anything, and I certainly didn't make any eye contact.
Just as he passed me, see rolls past me on her bike and blurts out her room # once more and I gave her a nod to look at the intruding company, as he was still stopped in the lot with his lights blacked out now. I think he was watching someone else, but the lot was dark and he was back towards her room, so I didn't want to take a chance pulling out at that moment. Therefore, I walked around the corner to grab a drink. Upon my return, there were now two more LE in the lot, but this time with their flashers on. I couldn't see what was going on as I didn't want to get anywhere near them. I thought to myself that if they had someone they were questioning, then it shouldn't be a big deal for me to simply walk past them and ever-so-slightly slip into C's room, but my heart was already pumping from that first cruiser just staring at me. I'm really surprised I didn't get questioned as to WTF I was doing there? Oh, my heart was thumping no doubt, and the dilemma of sticking around to get those thick DSL's wrapped around my sausage link was certainly tempting, but I just couldn't risk it. Who knows, they were parked near her room, so for all I know, they could have been busting her for something. I decided to play it safe and bust out, but damn I was hot for this Milfy BSW. Thanks brutha! Yeah, LE used to turn a blind eye if guys were just "cruising" and most of us always just thought as long as we weren't negotiating services that we'd be alright. Problem nowadays is that LE is harassing guys for simply being in an area of known prostitution and can actually site you for "loitering for prostitution." A buddy of mine who literally lives a few blocks away was hassled in one of the nearby parking lots for simply eating a burger. WTF? Just because the area has hookers, doesn't mean that a local resident can't have a bite to eat at one of his nearby 24 hour establishments. I mean, I can understand if the LEO was suspicious of some sort of illegal activity going down, but to harass a dude for supporting his local economy is just asinine. IMO, that borders on police harassment. I mean, even in my situation last night, I did absolutely nothing wrong and as far as the LEO knew, I was checking in to a motel for the night. Instead, the fucker has to make me nervous by sitting and watching my every move? Even if I did go inside that girl's room, it's nobody's fucking business but ours and for all he knows, she could have been my knitting partner. Fuckin' whatever! They're bullshit ain't never gonna' change and it's all about, power, politics, and money. if it was really about cleaning up the streets, they'd be busting the girls left and right every night of the week, 365 days per year, rather than letting them work on "select" nights. Drives me fucking insane with the hypocrisy!

I was up near Westminster and I saw a lady walking out of the gas station carrying some bags. I didn't think she was an sw but still I wanted to just check her out so I busted a U-turn to see how she looked. Well LE was up the street and saw what I did. He did busted a U-turn and pulled me over. This guy was a complete asshole. I told him I just wanted to check out what that broad looked like but he was having none of that. I was tempted to ask him does he not have a penis? I don't care if a girl is an sw or not. If I see a lady on the streets, day or night I will try and drive by to check her out. I am a guy, what does he expect? He attempted the whole tough guy routine. Asking if I had anything illegal in my car and if I did to tell him because if he searched and found something he would take my car. To be honest I thought his whole act was funny. I know he needs my permission to search my vehicle and I hadn't done anything wrong. I just told him I had nothing and he didn't push the issue further. Then he told me to go home. Dropped by the 18 wheelers track this morning and got Star, dark chocolate, .40 for some quickie. The parking lot was packed with girls. The semi-truck drivers were dating the girls too and no leo around.
On the way home, I checked out Harbor, nothing, only the same vice unit and couple of b/w out on the street. I head straight home.

It costs them nothing to arrest you, or write you up for some bogus ticket, in fact it makes them look better infront of their superiors. And in OC the judges and the's don't drop any cases, no matter how ludicrous the premise for the arrest may seem. They have nothing but court rooms and young the's fresh out of law school just sitting arround waiting to prosecute for anything and everything.
In the end you will probably get off if you have a good attorney, but it will cost you alot of money and time. Even if you go to a jury trial and get found not guilty on a prostitution related charge, you will spend on average $7. 5K. $10K to do so. And while you will feel vindicated, your bank account will be lighter for the effort. This is not theory, it's been my experience!
Best bet is to avoid them like the plague, and never ever give them any statements or get into an argument over what's legal or not. If you get busted, it's "yes sir" & "no sir". Name, rank, & serial # only. You will never, ever, ever, talk your way out of something with them, and "common sense" is "uncommon sense" when it comes to these people. Your only startegy should be to shut up and wait for your day in court. Because while they have infringed on so many of our Constitutional rights, they have yet to tamper with due process.
I made a few passes up and down HB from Anaheim to Costa Mesa it was dead no hint of anyone working . On my way leaving the area I came across a cute LSW around HB and Chapman about 3:30 p.m. She had on a jean skirt and low cut black top. I went to one of them $15 foot massage places last night and decided to drive back on HB. It was only about 10pm again so I wasn't expecting to see anything. I cruised the back streets and up and down for a while. I saw nothing. I decided to pull into the JIB to get some food. I was sitting and waiting for the light to turn and I see this girl crossing the street to go to JIB too. I'm thinking this could be good. However, she doesn't go into JIB she walks across the parking lot. My light finally turns green and I am in a rush to get there before she walks on by. However, as I pull into the parking lot it is obvious she is headed for a truck already parked. Now I am thinking she is not a SW. But then I notice she doesn't climb in immediately. The door to the truck opens and she stands there to talk and just sort of leans over. Now I am convinced she is a SW (or cop). I pull to the back of the lot and drop something on the floor. I search for it and when I come back up, the truck is pulling out and leaving. That is when I see the girl is walking back the direction she came from. She didn't get in the guys truck! Then I realize that since my rental is a big black American SUV, one or both of them thought I was LE!. The way I drove into the lot in a hurry and parked in the back across the lines and especially because of the rental I got, I looked like LE. They were spooked and separated.
I decide to try my luck and leave the lot to find her. I see her walking south but she is on the wrong side of the road. I drive down, do a u-turn and come back up and she is still walking but now she is close to some other people hanging out and I don't want to stop so I go on by and circle back through the side streets. As I come back north again, I see her in the dark but it is too late, I have already passed to her. She is moving a good pace. I circle around one more time but by the time I get back, I can't find her.
She was shortish, Hispanic. Top of hair is blond. She is a bit overweight.
Struck out but was surprised to see one so early.

Frankly B, I don't know. I mean I drive a very conspicuous car with personalized license plates and I never get hassled, not on Fig in the morning on my way to work, nor on LBB on my way home, nor usually on SB. When I drove a less distinct vehicle, I used to get stopped all the time, for the usual bogus reasons. I don't understand it!

Here's the law, sounds like its a judgment call on the cops part if they feel you are loitering with the intent to solicit prostitution:
