Their building sucks, with zero street parking anywhere because of where they decided to host the incall. Secondly, they have alot of traffic so if you need to park inside (which you will), they all might be taken by other mongers. Judging from my first experience, it seems they got alot of business that there are enough guys willing to shell out that extra for easy BBFS. I only went to them because of Julie which was a known BBFSer from M and then she moved onto Ktown. Her service declined on the second visit so I never went back.
