Do all of those things, don't reuse photos if they were on a profile that got banned, use a new prepaid you've never used before, change your 'sugar' pretext information (name address, etc.) and you should be good. Oh, yeah, don't use any email addresses you used before. I have a service (hushmail) that gives me unlimited ability to make aliases, so that is pretty easy.

Nowadays, wireless cards are easily changeable. It will involve buying another wireless card and replacing the one you have installed.
