The problem was that Of Charlie described a good experience and that made me wamt that good experience also. This experience you just had is quite common, imagine how many mongers had this happen to them that are not on here to share their experience. This poor business practice is ingrained with the Chinese apartment providers. When I first started my mongering years ago, I allowed this BS to happen and did not mind so much, I likened it to playing the lotto scratch tickets, I may win $100 or I may not.
