I recently saw GiGi on Washington blvd. I reluctantly make the scoop but she was the only thing out. I used to see her all the time on Wash across from uhaul at that trucker gas station but always pass on her. She always looks to high out her mind and dirty. I tried to talk to her the other day to get a number because I didn't have time. Once I got close enough to see her I would have passed anyway.
