You wrote reviews that told people that Helen was great and people went based on your misinformation and if they're accounts are accurate, they got terrible service. Zhongguo never reviewed Helen at Gardenia and neither of you said anything about her changing her name to Lucy. Or the fact that the other girl was going by Helen.
