Detectives aren't going to invest a lot of time, effort, or money to track down information on burner phones for men who are mongers. Unless you are partaking in activities directly related to things like human trafficking of minors, large-scale pimping, or dealing in large quantities of drugs, you are a spec of dust on their overall road map of investigations. Sure, they might do a special operation and target a motel or two, but they're probably not going to invest a lot of effort or money on a fishing expedition where all they have is an inkling that you might have seen a provider in the greater Hartford area. Short of someone like Ned Lamont making prostitution a key issue for his office, you're not going to have to worry much about a text app beyond your wife or girlfriend finding it.
