Wondering if they closed due to same reason last time and they should have relocated if so. Might be another long hibernation for them and mongers thanks to annoyingly alert neighbors and loud clients. For a manager to come up due to noise during the daytime is very odd. I used to live in apartments and condos and the only time noise was an issue was if it was very loud like a stereo after hours.
