When I see providers that have positive reviews and more importantly, no negative reviews, I have a high success rate of leaving happy. When I have an appointment based on the pics or with only a few reviews or mixed reviews, that's when I run into poor service. But variety is spice and that's how it goes. That's the lotto for me.

Some POs are known solicit the service of shills, or discourage low scores altogether.
