A monger would post about a new find, gradually share some details, states that he paid standard market price, possibly. 40 for HJ and an occasional cheap OTC and left happy. Some mongers who never share details or an occasional TOFT, sits and waits around like vultures for a new fix. They hit your Private box fishing for numbers or more details. They rush to the place and when they come back to post their details, you hear about how they not only gave the standard price but handed an extra 10 or 20 for tip. And not additional services was provided, they just felt like it was worth their while to do so and they gladly gloat about it for others to hear. And if you were to dare call them out on it, they'd tell you that what's it to you that I give an extra 20 or how I spend my money. And this is not just for AMP's, it also applies to the SWs.
