The day of the meeting arrived, about 3 hours before the meeting I texted her to confirm, to which she responded "yes". I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes early, so I went in and got a table and texted her that I was there and to just text me when she arrived. I could see the message was delivered but not read. About 30 minutes in I texted her saying "I guess you're not coming", again I could see it was delivered but not read. I had ordered about 10 minutes after I arrived, so I finished eating and went home.

I woke up the next day and she had actually reached out to me, she said "I'm so sorry OMG" and then "I literally laid down and passed out hard". Looking at the messages I had sent the previous night they where in fact read at 6 am and she sent the new texts to me at 6:06 am. I asked "What can we do to rectify the issue?" to which she offered to meet again. Anyway scheduling the next meet was a bit problematic as she says she doesn't have a car and has to borrow one to get around, so it had to be at night. The odd part of this conversation is at some point she asked if we had "discuss(ed) $$", I explained that we had and that I already gave her the deposit.
