It looks like Craigslist is in the process of pulling the 'Adult Services' classified ads from their site. I saw a couple of stories this week about a coalition of State Attorneys General who were trying to clean up Craigslist. Now there's a CENSORED band over the Adult icon and they've disabled the thread.
I knew that 'Craigslist Killer' story was the beginning of the end. Oh well, its not like there aren't dozens of other sources to turn to.

Good riddance!! CL used to be OK a long time ago but I haven't used it in years. The biggest problem for me was how quickly the ads disappeared, making it really hard to do any research. BP, CV, RB and other sites don't automatically remove the ads after a few days and you can see really old ads when you do a cached search on Google. The fakes will be easier to spot since CL is gone.
