I don't understand how she is still able to return to the same area a day after robbing and ripping people off, especially when you consider that she has been doing this for years. Seen reports on her under both names. Picked her up on Washington by that corner by the white building between the gas and Dunkin. She changes her name and look often because has she robbed and ripped so many people off. The best way of identifying her is knowing her face. I know some guys who take mongering to another level, they travel to other countries for the sole purposes of exploring brothels.
