There's a gate there and they need to "buzz" it to get it open. Don't do what I did on my first time there, I pulled in front of it, called the girl and was waiting for them to "buzz" the gate. In the meantime, residents were pulling up in their cars behind be and couldn't get around me. I got out and apologized to each one and they were all cool about it. Luckily, the gate opened immediately after that. Lesson: pull to the side and call the girl to open the gate. Don't block the residents.

Everyone has their own opinions, but I felt a bit trapped due to waiting for the provider to open the gate for me and then sitting there waiting for the gate to open when I left. The whole one-way in and one way out was not a comfortable experience for me.
