Strip Club Reports

The only people who got in were those paying $60 in the middle, which is something that I just refuse to do. I'm not sure how this kinda crazyness is even allowed to go on. Basically this place wants you to spend at least $70 just to get in. LMAO! Come on... You can't be serious. I really love Atlanta but this is one thing I really can't stand about the place. They have made strip clubs such a part of the popular culture there that people are willing to spend damn near $100 just to get in. LOL! After 20 min I decided to just walk my ass on back across the street. I figured if there are folks in here willing to pay that kinda money for this place then it's probably not a good place for a monger like myself. I mean these places are so much about flash and showing other people (often times other men) what they are wlling to spend. It's like butt naked women comes second to showing money. This mentality is ridiculous.

So after that complete waste of time I decided to drive to Babes, which I figured would be the exact opposite. Well I was pretty close to right. Drove like 25 min to Babes. $5 parking, $8 admission. No line. I'm cool with that. Place was def ghetto as hell which I don't mind at all as long as they have the talent. Talent wasn't what I'd call great but there were a few lookers in there. They close at 3 so I really didn't have a lot of time to really check the place out. There appears to be a new VIP area / room under construction. Lots of smoke which I don't like. I'd say 2-3 girls that I would spend money on. Dances were $5 a song which is good. So not great but not too bad. One thing that did piss me off was the constant begging for money from the dancers. On more than one occassion the DJ let a dancer get on the mic and basically cuss out the crowd for not tipping enough on stage, especially during some stupid shit they call the birthday set. Me personally I never tip on stage. I never throw money in the air. If she's not rubbing her phat ass on me she's's not getting a dime out of me. Atlanta seems to be into that stage / throw money in the air scene as I stated earlier. No thanks. I definitely got the feeling that take out was available. One chick offered to meet me back at my hotel. I passed. She just wasn't attractive enough for me to even bother.

All is all I'd say I probably would not return to Babes at night. Daytime seems like it would be a better look. As for Follies I will probably never go back there on night shift. Their pricing set up is just blatant eye gouging. I've heard really good things about the talent so I guess the key is showing up there in the early evening. Late enough that the black dancers with PHAT ASSES (hopefully they have some) are there but before the place turns into a stupid hollywood / red carpet scene outside.

I made the mistake and went on a Friday night last year. Same line setup, it was ridiculously crowded inside. No seats available. If you're looking for extras, don't go on a weekend night. Was a club like atmosphere, definitely felt like I was in a hiphop video.

When I go to Follies I go in the early evening before they charge the cover. I never have a problem getting in but it is always crowded. You wouldn't have that kind of a line and people waiting to pay that kind of money if it wasnt a good experence. As far as parking I park across the street in the shopping center parking lot and pay nothing. You just have to walk across the parking lot. I can tell by the cars parked there that not to many people do that. But, I have better things to spend my money on than Valet services especially at a club. Go earlier and park across the street and you won't have any problem.

I have been going for years, all times of the night and day. Never paid more than $10. And sometimes $5. I can't believe it more than Cheetah. But then again, I guess the latest I have been is 9 pm (in terms of entry).

What's up fellow mongers I m going to a convention next week in the atl but at night time its play time LOL so my question is what strip club has the women with the biggest asses and do they offer "extras" and if they do how much are the extras any advice would be appreciated and if you plan on going I'd love to meet somebody at one of these clubs to show me the ropes LOL thanks in advance.

Go early if you want to avoid the lines and not pay the ridiculous cover charge.

It's my, and for many others, favorite strip club in Atlanta. Do as the locals do and visit during the day or early evening, at the latest a few hours before the night shift change at 8 pm. No lines and lately it seems to be no cover as well (just a small tip in the tip jar). During the day, Follies is a bit more laid back with a nice mix of strippers of all races and body types, but in the evening and through the night, the club gets packed with tons more black strippers that you're looking for. The key is to get in the club as early as possible and find yourself a spot to relax in. If you think the club is crowded during the day, by late at night, the club is packed shoulder to shoulder especially on Fridays and Saturdays. As popular as the place is, Follies is pretty small and lines will start to form at night, but this is the first time I've heard of charging $20 to $60 for express lines like at some damn amusement park! Again, don't try to get into Follies at night especially on weekends, while the club will have tons more strippers at night, it will also have tons more patrons both male and female.

I usually stick with day shift now.

So Gwinnett Mall area off of Pleasant Hill has ups and downs. Where ups and downs means places open and close. And is a pretty diverse region, with mostly Korean, Hispanic, some African American. And white towards John's Creek.

Anyway, Purple Rain used to a be club and I think it is closed to be replaced by a strip club. Is Barnacles closed also? Anyone been to the new SC? It would be interesting if it were a Asian strip club. I heard they already got busted for something.

Tough area to build a SC but it would be great for those that want something close to Oasis, a little farther north.

Why? A-hole managers and bad fees upfront. The place is not the Cheetah, we shouldn't pay Cheetah prices because more people are coming in. The place inside is kind of a dump (in terms of the layout), if you expand, maybe I will pay a little more. You can't put out Wal-mart chairs, no real bartenders to be found, and the loose stripper and think I will pay more.

I think we are reaching a tipping point with Follies. What else will take over. I am for Oasis and maybe Flashers.

Was at Pleasers yesterday afternoon 2.00 cover this was about 2 PM. Received some dances from a big butted girl do not remember her name after 4 dances good contact but no stick shifting she charged 40.00. I told her I thought dances were 5.00 her reply was table dances were 5 and lap was 10 this was at the bar on a stool. Another dancer came up spinner type named Tokyo I got 1 table dance from her no contact at all she stayed probably 2 feet away all the time. The first dancer did not ask what kind of dance I wanted. So heads up be sure of what you are getting before the girl starts dancing cause if you think you are gitting 5 dollar dances but they are 10 it could get bad if you don't have enough money.

I mean Hooters is right down the street from that place and it's also across from Wild Bill's. Not to mention there is that Sauna place that is open 24/7 there too. The management at Purple Rain had to close after they were caught serving alcohol to minors. Barnacle's is closed for the time being as they were having problems with their water and they may remodel. It's possible they may not reopen at all and just become something else. Also, Gwinnett Place Mall is going to close eventually, be demolished, and condos or something will be built there to replace it. Can't see Gwinnett allowing a strip club there, especially since Johns Creek is right next to that area and we all know what is going on there right now.

The only black club I know that does that. It is definitely BS because even the sign outside advertises for $5 and they don't tell you until they are done that the dances are $10? BS! I try to stick with my regulars in that clubs. And what's the difference between a table and lap dance? Whatever they want it mean! I have had some girls dance good for $5 and great for $10 (I.e. They put willy between the cheeks). If it means no contact for $5 and some contact for $10, again that is BS!! I have noticed that dayshift will usually give you the after-dance upsell hustle; the nightshift will normally at least let you know upfront (if they bother upselling at all).

I am for Oasis and maybe Flashers.[/QUOTE]They may not be the Cheetah, but if there is a big enough demand to get in on a given night the supply and demand thing pretty much says go ahead and milk it for all it's worth. Besides they'll at least weed out those who just want to go in a sit. Up until recently I lived close to there and would just make it a habit to drive by late at night on the weekends on my way to or from where I was going and the lines were almost always crazy and going around the building so the demand is off the charts. They've just become a bit too popular for such a small venue. Also people are now treating Follies like a regular night club on the weekends which is why it's common place now to see groups of women going there too.

Given Oasis is in Dekalb and is in an area with an ample supply of Latinas it could fill the void, but they'd have to loose some of that "corporate" club type vibe. Flasher is probably a lot closer to being able to fill the void, but given they are in Sandy Springs and Fulton County that'll limit them as well as their ridiculous VIP prices. The dark horse not mentioned would be Shooter Alley which a few years ago used to be just like Follies but less busier. If they could go back to those days they'd instantly be my go to spot since I can't drop by Follies during the day like I used to when I lived by it. A long shot would be someone bringing back Roosters LOL. Follies, Shooter Alley, and Roosters used to be my spots since they were all very mixed with lots of Latinas, the occasional Asian, and a mix of black and white dancers. Those were the good old days.
