It seems like they need an Avon Barksdale and Stringer Bell type to tell the prostitutes where to stand, and the dealers where to do their thing so there is no conflict. Where you tried to scoop that girl isn't really a pickup spot either. The girls stand at the circle, the triangle and at the intersection of ashton and pulaski.
