Seems all the reports on increased LE activity are true. Drove through WW at the circle and saw a drop dead gorgeous brunette staring me down as I drove by. On a civi scale, I would rate her a 8. 5 or 9. She was dressed really nice and looked to manicured / polished to be a SW. My little head tried to take control of the steering wheel and turn the car around the corner. My big head fought back keeping me driving straight. It was back and forth for 2 seconds which seemed like an eternity. Finally, the big head won and I kept driving down towards scary. Did a drive through scary and didn't see anything except for LE. Drove back up scary and made a left on ramsey and found 3 POPO car's with all their lights focused on a poor monger who lost the battle with his little head. It could have easily been me. Everyone has their own way of detecting a sting, but for me, if it looks to good to be true then it is. While I see monger after monger making sharp turns and abrupt stops to beat the next monger on a pickup, I will glady make the rounds and survey the area before making any moves. I'm sure I've lost out, but it beats the heck out of getting caught by the POPO. Be careful out there boys.

Now back to the programming. Big thanks to TB for answering my request for Jessi's digits. I hope pay you back in the near future. Got in touch with Jessi without any problems. It would be crazy. They have several blocks dedicated to the craft for these girls and they are tested regularly or they have to close there door until they get a good bill of health. You have your option of color or size and many other options. Baltimore and other cities in this country could be able to support there counties with mass revenue from the taxes that these girls would pay to have there door open and the hotels that would have to pay to be operators of such a business. Today I received a PM warning me about a forum member seeking the identity of other members. I have no reason to believe that this warning is unfounded, but I did not receive such a query myself, so I am not certain of it (but nonetheless grateful for the heads up). I can think of a number of reasons why someone would seek the identities of posters here, all of which are nefarious and have potential legal implications.

I urge members here to post -- not just PM -- an alert to anyone's efforts to seek the identity of any other member, whether you happen to like them or not. There should be no question that this board is being monitored by LE, and that seizing upon rancor among some members through PMs is an obvious strategy to gain confidence and acquire information. Don't fall for it.

I believe we've been compromised. A lot of talk on the streets recently. There are some disgruntled lady addicts and their jealous boyfriend / pimps.

Be safe[/QUOTE]The BCPD has a new commissioner. Every new commissioner, at the start of his job, makes a big show of putting foot patrols on the street. Frazier did it, Norris did it, Clark did it an the last guy did some as well; I don't think Daniels was around long enough to try it but given a few more weeks, he would have likely tried it as well.

They don't have the budget or manpower to do so more than occasionally. There will be a slight downturn in crime or a slightly greater number of arrests during that period and eventually things will get back to normal or a new normal. They can't afford it monetarily and especially can't afford to pull officers from other duties to keep it up. One of the first things a new commish does and a strategy like this does is to make a visible dent in visible crime. After that, they really have to get back to less show type policing and back to the grind of every day policing and patrolling due to staffing and other issues.

It does a good job in the short term and makes many residents feel safer or more comfortable. It also pushes crime from one place to another so keep you eye out for the places near your stomping grounds. You may be able to snag what you want.

So what is her scam about, exactly. Just want to be prepared if I run into her again in the near future when I return to Balto. She's certainly getting "mixed" reviews on here in the last 24 hrs. Apparently she divides her streetwalking between Brooklyn and Baltimore Street downtown.

The Jen I was referring to is not the person in the reports you mention. But she also lurks with homeboys on Commerce and Baltimore.

I just got back home to San Diego, spent a few days in your fine city this week. I was pretty busy with customer meetings and dinners, so I had little time to cruise, but must say that the time I had on the street was a waste. I didn't see anything worth picking up, and there was so much LE out and about that I would have had to seen a really fine catch to make it worthwhile to try to dodge the LE.

By the way, there were some posts earlier this week about LE on this board. Without trying to create paranoia, I would like to add that I see some really stupid assumptions made by participants on these forums all over the US. There are a lot of guys that think that Senior status has some sort of insurance that you are not LE, and freely trade info to any Senior member. You all must realize that there are Senior members on this board in most cities that are vice squad. I know of one in particular in our city, (I will not divulge exactly how I know; let's just say I have some inside info). After I found this out, when I reviewed all the seniors posts it was evident to those that really know the girls and the area that this particular poster was LE. I don't know anything about the members here in Baltimore, but it would be wise to not share potentially incriminating info to someone else simply based upon forum status.

I am just astounded by the horrific waste of tax dollars spent in chasing prostitution. Just because there are laws against it do not justify the exhorbitant waste of effort to stop it.
