You need to have seen a lot to know where the scars are. As said before, there is an insertion under the fold of the breast and that scar is quite noticeable. There is also the insertion at the areola line which can be quite noticeable or barely noticeable depending on the surgeon.

The hardest ones to detect from visual inspection would be the ones inserted via the belly button or through the armpit. The armpit is not an area I really look at and have not seen anyone with a scar there. The belly button scar is hard to notice, but there are times when women put belly button piercings/jewelry to hide it.

Hands on inspection can be difficult depending on the skill of the surgeon and the cup size of the woman before the augmentation. On a tiny woman that would have had A cups, you can probably feel the implant around her cleavage area. Think of a round mylar balloon and how you see the seam and how both halves are stretched causing ridges in the side. That would be the same principle for some implants. To me there is no definite giveaway. Signs of augmentation seem to vary from woman to woman. When I do them ds, some show the ripples on the side when hanging. When I do them cg, some don't have that natural bounce and just seem fixed to the rest of their chest. When I do them mish, some don't flatten out and ride to the side like natural ones would. I think to know you just need to do them. The more you do, the more you will know.

I recieved the mintues from the Ala Moana/Kakaako Neighborhood Board meeting from january and they specifically address Sakura/Rycroft in the Committee Chair's report. it appears the Board has recieved complaints about the business and they are investigating.

Through my job, I have experienced what neighborhood Boards can and cannot do. Since they have very little power and authority, when community members raise concerns, they push the issues with city and state officials until something is done and take the credit.

I, myself, have experienced Sakura twice (July once and and think Miki) and think the place is pretty tight, but seeing the name in the minutes makes me a little nervous.

I am not advocating avoiding the place, but i have grown to enjoy reading a number of your posts and would not want to see fellow mongers (I finally am admitting that I am a monger, is that the first step?) in any trouble for participating in this hobby.

I'll make it a point to post the next time I partake in some...recreation.
