If you show up in a room and its a sting and the add shows something like that, then you won't have much of a leg to stand on in court. I can think at least six ways to keep it out. But most important it's not evidence that a crime was even committed in the persecutors jurisdiction. The photo could be taken anywhere. Prosecutors have districts. He could never prove it occurred in his district. They have to be able to prove when and where the crime was committed. Further, if it's a misdeamenor he couldn't even get her arrested because it has to be committed in the officer's presence. That's why they need stings.
