Personally I think it's a bit to obvious to pull over ask a girl if she needs ride especially on main street. The best thing to do is pull over discreetly or look over and see if you get a reaction. I traveled a lot for my company at one time and always seemed to find talent or made the call for "company" in many cities around the US. The torest areas, Orlando and Vages as examples, always seem to be more expensive for entertainment. You should read the board including the previous years in the "locked threads" before you attempt playing in that arena. I'm basing my thoughts on the idea that you want to avoid getting caught by LEO, scammed, robbed or assaulted, there is a wealth of info in those threads and they are only "locked" for posting not reading. Also read the rules for mongering on the homepage on this site, it will enlighten you.

As to where you live it's pretty bleak.
