While I don't remember if Purple specifically allows CIM, I can't think of an CP girl who doesn't allow it. It's an important factor for me, so I think I would remember being disappointed if Purple hadn't provided it.

So while not a definitive answer, I think you're safe to go and have a high likelihood of CIM.

I recently visited NYC and through the forum I found NYAF. From what I had read, it was the experience I was looking for. There were plenty of girls to choose from and you could double up for additional savings. The first time I went I selected Lucy; she was beautiful, in her 20's and petite. The best you can do is to visit your favorite NYC girls when they come here, but their pacing will slow down to match the Nova pace, so it will be fun but different.
