They have family and friends who love and care about them a lot of them have family that depend on them and some nut job has to go and do this this is just pure evil.

Pretty out there to go to three separate places to kill people. And it isn't like Gold and Aromatherapy just let you walk in, he had to get in as a customer then start killing people.
