What the hell is this "everyone hate on minilabs" week LOL; nah I'm jokin I know the veterans & rookies appreciate what I do. I understand the criticism is a necessary thing especially considering all the gossip I've been getting from all the veterans & rookies alike.
I would like to address a few points towards the Monger Community. Before I can start lets briefly establish some facts about me & the philosophies I go by. Philosophy 1: 'We need to always report on NEW SW's! '. The fact remains that a lot of these so called veterans & rookies simply report on the same old dead horse day in & day out. To me this is the single most dominating factor in the diminished quality of SW reports as of late. I'm sick & tired of these members reporting the same old garbage over & over, don't get me wrong I understand as mongers we have staples & such; my point is the mentality needs to be 'Lets get new SW reports consistently'. Since day 1 I've strived to give the community something different to look at for a chance & consistently give you something to talk about. I'm not going to say any names but you know how many motherfucking reports we've recently had of the same old shit, it's boring, lazy & doesn't do a damn thing to improve these forums as a whole; I'm striving to do the opposite! Everyone else seems to be interested in criticizing my efforts LOL. The point is get out there, STFU & get us some new stuff to look at!
Philosophy 2: 'We need Photos! '. This is a big one, just like the point I made in Philosophy 1, we need PHOTOOOOOSSS! Now before I continue I'm aware that some SW's don't want to take photos or they don't want to take a lot of photos or maybe you don't have a good camera or can't take photos in your particular situations but guys we need to improve in this area. I am so sick & fuc_# tired of these mongers posting reports on SW's with NO PHOTOS! Seriously this hurts the experience of the board so much & I'm trying to put a stop to it. Instead of having new, consistent & different SW's to look at with good reports we have pages upon pages of photoless text of members talking about what went down OR criticizing what another member did; nowhere in this process will you see an SW & a brief description of the encounter, its instead pointless ass recollections of some SW that's been talked about 1, 001 times over. Don't get me wrong I understand we're not always going to get those photos but we need to definitely work on getting back to this mentaitliy; I would even include it in the requirement for seeing an SW like after the LEO check or something.
