So if a ccw person goes out to friends house to sell him kilo of drugs, his friend robs him or try and the ccw holder shoot and kill him, what your saying is the ccw holder is in the clear right? No charges?

You can be charged with carrying the weapon into a prohibited location like a hotel room that you knew was being used for prostitution or a drug location. That is a completely different charge then "using a gun during the commission of a crime". It is a much lower criminal charge. Of course I am not giving a legal opinion, just my personal one. Comparing carrying a gun while making a drug deal with carrying a gun to see an escort is like comparing the common cold with HIV, they both are viruses but they have completely different consequences.

Regardless of the outcome I would hazard to guess once convicted you stand a good chance of losing that CWP as well. As with all things in life it boils down to the choice of which battle is worth fighting for.

I have been cruising for a while and I think things have slowed down. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find DDs?

First time post.

My schedule takes me past Old Cheney at least once a day. This spot has completely dried up. All there ever is anymore is LEO. Is there anything going on anywhere else on the East side? I live and work over here so it is damn inconvenient to have to go all the way across town.

Funny how I just posted a response that I liked how posty worded his post and all of a sudden I have guys pming me and posting words like arguing with clowns. Yes it is a double charge but I rather be able to defend myself from any thug I may encounter. If they want my wallet, watch, phone, keys its theirs in less than a second. I have known of a hobbyist that got beat to a point were he ended spending several months in a hospital. We run a risk with every encounter we have there's been mongers killed. If you are willing to point a loaded weapon at me then I am willing to defend my life not my property. So yes ROADWARRIOR I carry and will carry the day you hear in the news of a monger used his weapon then you will see my face.
