Another lawyer with a cracker jacks law degree
Wrong wrong. Who cares what you do, your breaking the law and would be charged.
Yuu cannot use your ccw during before or directly after commission of a crime.
Well yes you can use it but you will be charged.
So if a ccw person goes out to friends house to sell him kilo of drugs, his friend robs him or try and the ccw holder shoot and kill him, what your saying is the ccw holder is in the clear right? No charges?
LOL.
You and him would be charged for using gun during commission of a crime.
If you used the gun lawfully to defend yourself from a forcible felony or to defend yourself from an assault, where you had a reasonable fear that you would seriously injured or killed you would not be charged with using a gun during the commission of a crime. You can be charged with carrying the weapon into a prohibited location like a hotel room that you knew was being used for prostitution or a drug location. That is a completely different charge then "using a gun during the commission of a crime". It is a much lower criminal charge. Of course I am not giving a legal opinion, just my personal one. Comparing carrying a gun while making a drug deal with carrying a gun to see an escort is like comparing the common cold with HIV, they both are viruses but they have completely different consequences.
Where have all of the DDs gone?
I have been cruising for a while and I think things have slowed down. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find DDs?
Cheers!
