Throwaway Cellphone Guidelines
It's a good thing getting a massage is not illegal. That's all I've ever asked for over the phone. I'm not sure how one would run into any issues like that.
Just curious if anyone knows. When I purchased my pay as you go phone, they ask you to fill out an application of sorts which asks for name, address, etc. At first I was going to list a fake name and address then I thought not to because I was paying with my cc card which clearly states to SEE I. D. On the back. I thought I'd look like a fool if they'd notice the application and my I. D. Did not match. Anyway, the question is, do they require to see valid I. D. When paying by cash?
It was posted and I will confirm that if you buy a super cheap phone in a box from Walmart (and card if not included) you can activate it from home and none of your personal information will be recorded, unless you give it to them. But this is really a side issue. Unless YOU were to call a provider and have an illegal conversation you have nothing to worry about. The tapping is not of the mongers phone, it is of the providers. If they happen to catch your number from calling in to a provider, with taps in place, they'll know what was said, clearly, so you only need to worry about your personal phonecall. They can't charge you for getting a massage or asking about one at a massage parlor.
For those with signifigant others or high visibility positions, this type of throwaway phone is absolutely critical, because they CAN haul you in for questioning, essentially for any damn thing they want. That being said though, if they broadened the "dragnet" to include your phone, they could always track your location off the towers, if they were really that motivated. A court order for a wiretap is good enough to get them into the phone company for their assistance. At that point it would just be a matter of determining if the language in the warrant for wiretap was braod enough to include tracking location, and that I cannot comment to.
When dealing with this "human trafficking" issue, LE will shoot first and ask questions later. It makes great headlines so they would rather overstep and get the glory than understep and get the constitution. Another gentleman suggested only dealing with who you know until this blows over. Considering the risks involved, and your personal situation, that sounds prudent.
Time for Belrocker to be deleted
What a waste of space. Jackson should delete your report
The review by Gintonicrocks he criticizes is an excellent post, and I've reported this post to Jackson as Belrocker being antagonistic for its own sake.
I don't understand what motivates people to spend their time stirring up pointless fights, rather than using the board as an opportunity to enhance hobbying by building lines of communication with like-minded individuals.
I would reply but your leaders do not believe on freedom of speech unless you are a so called senior!
Usually, people believe in, not on Freedom of speech, but that isn't the real point.
First, there are many non-seniors who contribute useful and intelligent posts, and are clearly on the path to senior status; you're not one of them. By contributing reviews, pictures, advice, warnings, suggestions and tips, one earns senior status. It's not so-called senior status; it's actual senior status.
Second, this site is owned and paid for by Jackson, not the government. Speaking here is a privilege, not a right, and if you don't follow Jackson's guidelines, he has the right to kick you out.
This IS Freedom of Speech by a regular member

I don't know where that other person (Br) is coming from but I suspect that he isn't playing with a full deck. As a regular member I post from time to time when appropriate; not simply to see myself on the board. I strongly suggest that the OP grow up and lose his jealousy. It is not becoming. Jackson, thank you as well for doing what you do so well. My hat is off to you.
