Those pictures have been used before and if you look at the post history, there's like 6-10 a day and each of them in a different city. Sxint might've seen an earlier one posted in Detroit and is genuinely asking a question. I mentioned the ad is from Arkansas based on what shows up in my tab when I clicked it. It seems to change though based on where the last ad is posted (See circled in Red).
