Getting in and out of the parking lot sucks. I hopped the curb to get in, the same getting out and just about got nailed from a car coming off the bridge. No idea if these prices fluctuate based on things outside of our control (I'm a skinny, younger looking guy, but wouldn't assume my looks would score me any deals). I also think haggling with a person over self valuations of worth is an ugly look, but she seemed open to such (as usual, she let me state a price, and then brought it to an acceptable standard).
