Finally after months of reading and one time going to late I made my way to Mott! Perfect circumstances as when I walked up the security guard / door man walked out for a second to take a phone call and the elevator opened immediately as I walked in. I'm guessing most guys don't tip, but I tipped Sally (mamasan) $20 on my last visit because she's super nice and helpful in choosing the right girl.
