I would never worry about being busted as a monger if a raid happened. If the raid happens, they will have to prove that you paid for a sex act and most likely if they come in and raid while you are banging away, you haven't even paid yet. While it was unsuccessful, the raid in Florida that nabbed the Patriots owner ended up falling apart because Kraft was a billionaire who could bring huge resources to bear; most mongers don't. Even if your legal problems are relatively minor, if crackdowns are supported nothing to prevent cops from contacting wives, employers, etc. To "investigate," enough to really mess up your life.

Bottom line. We need to take even more care today than ever; it can no longer be written off as "it's still business as usual. ".

But they also have the right to do a follow up investigation. It will be up to you to explain to the wife why the " nice officers" stopped by.

Show some obvious evidence as that would be a highly unusual practice for LE. Years ago, I was in a KAMP that got busted. Undercover LE was in the room across the hall when he was propositioned. His girl yelled in Korean that the police were there. I was in mid-stroke of a nice HJ and my therapist simply let junior go and left the room. I flipped over onto my stomach, covered my ass with a towel and pretended to be asleep. .[/QUOTE]You can sue the police for intentional infliction of emotional distress; it's all case law, but it's doable. In a small town or podunk county, sure, I can see how it would be inadvisable, but if you're ornery enough, the tools are available!

That said, unless there's some kind of weird personal beef, like you're That Monger the cop has been after for years (kind of like a version of Les Miserables), it's simply never going to come to pass that a cop will visit your house just to fuck with your family situation.

Cops will say all kinds of stuff on the scene, because 99% of the time they're dealing with people whose lives are already shitty, and they're just desperate to make whatever's going to happen less terrible. So I'm sure it works with, say, Joe Bricklayer, who can't last more than a week without a job. Desperate times give the cops a TON of leverage. The other 1% of the time are either the actual hardened criminals who know what's up, or the slick suits with ten lawyers on speed dial.
