Shil,

The reason no one can really help you on this is because you have managed to land in the middle of what can only be called an AMP desert. Missouri has zero real AMPS so the advice to look over in Illinois is good advice. If you're used to NY, Chicago, or LA real Amps you may be very disappointed, even with what you will find over there.
