Just got back from a scheduled appointment at TCCC, Lincoln Circle. When I arrived, I tried for 20 minutes to reach the operator with no answer. Finally decided to try and enter the secure building on my own and make my way to the apartment to ring the bell. Front security door was opened, so I made my way in. When I reached the 3rd floor and the apartment, I could see that the door had been broken in and I could hear loud male voices questioning an Asian girl, who was undoubtedly crying.
