Since he's out of town and he may not see your post for a few days, SH I think you need to pass on your secrets to MythicBrew. That man knows how to have a good time and an absolute gentleman to the ladies. I've been out with him numerous times and always have a blast with him. I think that he leaves the club with one of the ladies more often than not. I wouldn't mind being your protege, but I think I've got all I can handle at the moment. I mean this respectfully...I only give out details to senior members because it has happened in the past (several times) that info has been provided via PM that resulted in police busts at various clubs in town. By limiting the details to senior members, it reduces (but not totally eliminates) the possiblity of you being a cop and turning the info into bad news for the dancer or club."

Readers and lurkers need to read posts as only a monger can—extrapolating assumptions. Then go to the clubs and see for yourself and make your own reports.
By the way, in case you hadn't noticed, there is more than one club in this town. You'd never know it from the conversation on this board. I can report heavenly action at three other clubs in Tucson. I know this because it's my hobby!

Since most of the dancers in Tucson are independent contractors, they can quit and move to another club as they see fit. I don't think there are any minimum tenure requirements at any of the clubs. Of course, the other clubs don't have to hire them. I know one long-time, experienced, fs dancer who wanted to move to a different club, but nobody wanted to hire her so she got out of the business completely.
One of the dancers I ran into yesterday at CS was starting there after being at another club for years. She and I have a long history of mutual...satisfaction. She said that she was moving because the other club's business dried up. She didn't know where all her customers went until she visited CS and saw all of them (including me). Dancers want to be where the money is (and their regular customers); and right now, CS appears to be the place.
Tucson has a variety of management so all of these scenarios come into play in some format.
Perhaps our resident dancer, Juicy Amie, can be more specific about dancer/club arrangements.

Most dancers will switch clubs, because they are not making enough at one club, so they try another. Sometimes they are not getting along with the people at the club itself. Then there is the case of the stalker. If you are one of those do not come into CS!! We do not like stalkers and will ignore them. Hopefully some of this has helped you.

I much prefer the management practice that other Tucson clubs have of exempting the dancer from stage dances while she is in the VIP with a customer. This makes the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable for the customer who doesn't have to worry about completing his business in a certain amount of time. There is no panic if the DJ announces, "Dancer A, you're next on stage." Some clubs have a short rotation through the roster, so sometimes a dancer could be called on stage every 15 or 20 minutes. Whereas, exemption means unlimited time and attention with the dancer. No rush, completely satisfying experience. Money well spent.
I wish there was some way to make club managements see the light. Does this have to be a crusade?

Merlin all I can say about TDs, either one, is that it is the club of the past. They were great back in the late eighties and early nineties, but these days there is just far superior service at a WAY better price. I would pay most of the girls in the west club $5 for a dance let alone ten. They are the clubs that started the inflationary charging in Tucson, so may the burn in H@#l.
Speaking of which Tens has gone back to $5 dances throught the afternoon until 5pm and then is jumps up to $10. Is that crazy or what.
Any way my two cents worth. Gotta go,gonna make the rounds today.

The night and day crowd are totally different, thus the reason for me working during the day. Most night crowds are disrespectful and not so curtious of how hard us girls actually work, so to put up with the BS I can agree with the club on the price difference. Sorry thats just my two cents.

I have to say this surprised the hell out of me! I thought we were having a lot of fun teaseing each other back and forth and now I have to find someone else to tease that I see on a regular bases. Now thats going to be my new challege.
There is a big explimation for why most dancers do not give a good dance, but for now I have to go get ready for work, so I will explain later.
