I am always still asked for the house fee and a tip for the girl, at least in Korean Massage Parlors. Most AMPs (Asian Massage Parlors) you find will be KMPs. Sometimes you will pay both fees upfront but the total will still be the same. If you ask you will probably be told that the house fee goes to hot water, electricity, heat, mortgage, insurance; all that kind of thing. I suppose you could decline any extras and not pay any tip, but don't expect the girl to be happy. I've never done this last myself.
Chinese Massage Parlors are the most economical. A small initial fee is paid. You get a great massage and maybe a happy ending. No second payment may be necessary.
You may find a legitimate american massage parlor where there is only one person, the masseuse, and a single payment of $50 or a bit more is all you need. Don't expect a happy ending, but your back should be well taken care of.
Some places advertise that their treatment may be compensable by insurance. I have heard of frugal mongers taking advantage of this. Don't expect to be reimbursed for any tip for extras though.

I hate to question a senior, but is this a correct address? Next to Fuddruckers, set back a little from Reisterstown rd? As I live in the neighborhood, I checked it out; the sign indicates it is a medical/dental supply store, and there were 8 - 10 cars in the parking lot.
