Hospital stay for three days, heavy doses of antibiotics, the works. Really messed me up at a critical time in my life, and I'm a healthy guy. Dont get sick often. Pretty certain it came from the germ pool.

Word to the wise - stay away from those tubs. They may take better care of them there, but why risk it. Nothing good can come of it.

We need to share reviews of the nice girls and the lame bitchy girls that work here. Change will come if we openly and routinely point out the bad girls and the good girls that work here. I am sure Management and many of the girls that work here read these reviews and this is the most democratic way of getting our voices heard so change can happen. I for one feel that this place is going down hill and do not want it to get any worse then it is now.

Just wanted to share general advice about ERS. If a girl is not making eye contact with you when you are choosing a girl for a massage than my advice is not to go with her. Whenever I choose a girl that does not make eye contact the session is MISERABLE!

On the contrary if a girl is making heavy contact and smiling at you than I always have good sessions.

Excuse me, but the point you're making about being human is very true. But it's also very true that you CHOOSE to work at a place that promtes sex for pay. Maybe not actual intercourse, but sex none the less. We (The guys) should treat you with a certain amount of respect becuase you're 1. Human and 2. A female. But all bets are off after that. You are providing a service. If we like your service, we will tip you and compliment you on this board. If you provide bad servie, you don't deserve a tip and notice should be placed on this board.

Your post does not make sense if you are doing your job the way you are supposed to be doing it which at the minimum is providing good customer service. And good customer service is not being bitchy and rude throughout the service and then suddenly asking the customer for a drink just before its time to receive a tip. Many jobs have service related evaluations of their employees. Many companies want to here "how we are doing? " Whenever a customer has a bad experience at a place they usually let management know about it. Like you said this is your job and in all of my work experiences I have had quarterly performance evaluations. Many jobs also have quarterly customer service evaluations. Any company that is providing a service should be given feedback so they can improve their service and likewise consumers can benefit as well. For example when you want to buy a product online at amazon.com you often read customer's feed back before deciding to proceed with the purchase and in the case of ERS the customers are purchasing a service which happens to be a massage.

Likewise if some employees are performing good they deserve to be pointed out and rewarded because they are the ones that are driving business and making the real money for the business and providing a positive experience for customers.

The only girls that need to fear this board's reviews are the girls that have bad attitudes with their own customers. Just because someone posts on this board does not mean they are a loser or need therapy. It just means they do not want to waste in many circumstances at least a one hour trip and $85. If ERS was a free service then no one had a right to gripe about anything but since it is not a charity services than the consumer has a right to provide feedback, I mean after all we do live in a democratic society right? If nobody provided feedback in this world then this world would be pretty chaotic.

Mooshy's post reminds me of a story from my past experiences...

7 or 8 years ago I was deejaying for a "Shake Shack" near O Hare.

One night a young dancer comes into the booth with tears streaming down her face. I asked what was wrong.

"I'm so sick of this job, guys pawing at me, guys treating me like shit. I don't think I can take it any more."

"Look, perhaps then maybe you should quit if it's affecting you this much."

Some of the comments on this board are rude and I do see why someone would take umbrage. I believe there could be / should be more sensitivity when addressing body types and appearances of you ladies. However, some of the people who post here are rude, and there is nothing we can do about it.

I also believe the review aspect of this board is an invaluable tool which should benefit you, if you are a good actor and make us feel good about the money we give you. You will find that you have more appointments per day and your income will be significant. The only reason I read this board is to find out who has a good attitude and who does not. Once I get to the place, if the names I remember with the good attitudes have eye appeal, I select that girl. So, if it means anything to you, take some advice....read this board. See what the writers like about the popular girls and do thiose things. You will earn more money and be happier. If you do not like your job, do yourself a favor and find another. One thing is certain....I have been to ERS 20 or so times. Never had a bad session because I did my homework on this board.

Took me about 4 months maybe more of trying to get to one of the girls that use to work at ERS they said she did not work anymore I drive 4 and a half hours just to see that big chested redhead when I found out she workd at GT I called and made sure she was there but I could not commit to a time because of traffic when I got there I did not find the place the lady answering the phone was rude and did not help when I finally walked in the door I asked about the nice redhead thay said she is not in and got tammy instead "I should have left" cus they lied to me during the session I realized there was another session going on most likeley the red head I wanted wehn the session was over tammy complaind about a yeast infection and the fact they want bar soap in the place well you know I really did not want to hear that. Then she closed the door from the fornt of the hallway and let me out the back door like I was elvis cus she did not want me to see the redhead I really like the red head wish had her number for an outcall session.

But you know it really is too bad. And I will resist the temptation of ever going to that place.

I will await a change in attitude and/or girls before I spend my time and money on this establishment. There are a lot of comparable alternatives closer to home.

I visited this place alot when all of the amp's in Rockford was opened. Back then all of the girls were hot and very friendly. Once the closed the amp's, this place went to crap. Now they have no one to compete with in the area.
