Wondering how you guys handle the donation on a subsequent visit following receiving "extras" without and up charge when it is either normally advertised as an up charge or in the previous visit she charged for it. For example, ad says $1. 6 hour. First visit you pay the $1. 6 and then get a BJ for $. 6. Next time in you get the extra service included.
