You get used to it, and IMHO it is a small price to pay for an extra level of protection against whatever pathogen you may have just dipped your dick in. The only way that I will enjoy an experience is if it is uncovered. So the 5 minutes of discomfort for risk mitigation seems like a bargain to me.
