Certain hours of the day are rush hour, especially with agencies that don't allow pre-booking far ahead. That's the case here.

There are pros and cons to pre-booking for both sides. Things are less guaranteed if you pre-book 2 days or more for many reasons, mostly obvious ones. It solves a ton of little problems to not allow long pre-booking, but creates a few major issues like the rush hour problem here. Maybe they should just allow it for VIP repeat regulars, then they can process it any time of the day rather than all at once.

There is no simple solution, but some bookers will take long pre-booking but not finalize/confirm it until the morning of. Others will do a variation where you pre-book normally but if the girl has to cancel, you find out the next morning. It is almost always the girl, and it doesn't help to know why. Outright cancellations in this pre-booking scenario seems to be about 10%. It's higher for certain girls. Just being upfront that while it's good to pre-book, you have to prepare for those problems with a backup plan.
