First, just an opinion, and I'll close with something constructive, hopefully something A2 can be proud to see (I hope A2_ I think INeedaName is right. We have proven we have flattened the curve. And we face a different issue if we don't at least try to restore business in America. I have family members in the healthcare field, and at least in my family, they support a gradual going back to work. They are hearing reports of patients who are recovering but losing their jobs and homes, and are ready to go back to work, under precautionary guidelines.
My observation: When conservatives disagree, I often don't see much criticism other than they disagree. When those of a liberal base call something out, they often condescend with venomous, poisonous hatred. The same hatred toward trump. I think that should stop. Can't we agree to disagree, without calling each other stupid?

Trump banned China international travel without hesitation back in JAN, when they first learned of the "30 - 70" confidence level rule, which they typically use. We have also produced more PPE / Ventilator / Respiratory equipment in the last 3 months than any other country in the world. Wisconsin plants have now TRIPLED production. We are now loaning this equipment countries. We have turned Navy ships into hospitals, fed & private sector partnering together at RECORD levels, so much so, that Democrat CEO's are praising Trump. Democrat governors and a recent Michigan democrat congress woman also recently praised Trump. I'm not saying he hasn't made mistakes, but he's done a lot of things RIGHT. And as far as tests go, tests are increasing based on supply. But it doesn't matter how any tests we do, it will never be enough for those in the liberal mindset, in my opinion. So honestly guys, it's hard to take any of that seriously when we can't even point out the right things he's done.
Lastly, I NeedaName is a good friend of mine. All he did was voice his opinion. He didn't cut anyone down, like some of you did. And he is veteran on this board who has shared LOTS of helpful information. Guys, its OK to disagree. But the last thing we need to do is cut each other down for sharing an opinion, and alienating each other to the point, where no one shares anymore, rendering this board utterly useless. None of us want to see that. I mean this sincerely, I hope all you gents are staying safe. Even if I disagree with you, I have enough conscisous to feel sympathy if something happened. I can agree with a few of the things that you said, especially about what the site is for and helping each other out, but what you said about Conservatives and how they treat people that they disagree with is absolutely delusional. It is your opinion, but I think that you have lived in a bubble since 2007.
I have voted for three Republican candidates for President in my life time. I have also voted for Democratic candidates as well. I just don't walk into the voting booth and vote along party lines in every election. That is putting too much blind faith in one political party. I vote based upon the issues. I became a Libertarian and left the Republican Party when I saw the asinine behavior exhibited by the Tea Party. The Republican Party is dead. It is now the party of Trump and that is a scary thing. If any previous President did half the crap that he gets away with, you would literally be pissing in your pants.
I also don't worship the man that holds the office. Politicians don't deserve our love, but they are entitled to the respect that they earn. Trump has too many character flaws for me to ever be impressed by him. He is a narcissist, a sociopath, and I don't find him to be very articulate or intelligent. I've had no less than 3 PM's that have supported me and one even said that his post to mine, ended up proving my point! Regardless, it doesn't matter. I care about the other threads on the board more than this one. But hopefully this will help.
Techsticles, I encourage you to think about something. If your logic were true, then think about this. Suppose you were in a car accident, and you needed a life-saving blood transfusion. And the doctor found out you were a liberal (politically speaking), and decided not to treat you. Or you came down with Corona Virus, and in the hospital there were 100 patients, and 100 ventilators, but they only treated the 99, and denied you yours, leaving you to face life threatening consequences. Would that be fair to you? I would say "no", and I would actually stand in for you.
If I were a doctor, even as hateful as you've been on here, I would still feel obligated to serve you because I personally don't let political differences get in the way of my friendships or acquaintances, or my job. I may not like it, but I would still feel obligated to treat you. So, just something to think about. Hopefully you see the olive branch being extended to you here.
