Also with no "decent" providers around or willing to get back to me options were pretty limited.

$100 for a nude HJ is over paying. The market has a way of adjusting. It can adjust to our benefit or to the provider's benefit. However, the buyer can dictate which way it goes. Either the providers open up, and / or lower costs, in order to make more in tips, or the buyers can start over paying. Over paying will never improve the situation.
