I think people don't give enough credit that the psychological aspect of sex is as, or more, important than the physical aspect. Knowing a girl is young can have a strong effect on how some may perform, just as some find large fake tits very pleasing, or raunchy moans. The fact that we denote the young in HYA at all should already give us a clue that there are people that seek out that aspect.
