I appreciate the info, and I am no medical expert. I am not doubting your story. I am just wondering if you can get MRSA that fast? I have had two members of my family get MRSA after stays in the hospital. They both exhibited symptons days or weeks after. I suppose I could ask Dr. Google.

I can sympathize with you as I caught something in Hong Kong once. Thought it was genital warts but it turned out to be some other kind of infection. First thing the dr asked me was if I had been in a sauna or spa lately as it was usually passed along on benches or massage tables.

Yes the massage scene in Chicago is expensive. we have all complained about that for years.

You are a couple block walk and a short subway train away from Chincatown where there are a 1/2 dozen massage places and, while you are at it, some great places to get dinner before or after.

I visited this place recently and got a truly professional massage, but this is not an AMP. I did, however, leave with a smile on my face. YMMV

If you want a true AMP experience you will have to visit another place and yes, Chinatown has a few good ones, but unfortunately it ain't cheap.

I tried a new spot in the burbs a while back and immediately started seeing boils or some sort of cysts pop up under my armpits a couple days later. Never had the problem before in my life. I really got worried at one point because I thought they were swolen glands. Went away after a while, but I'm always weary in these places. Especially going barefoot in the shower, dirty towels, etc. I guess it's the risk we take, eh? I posted my experience here if anyone wants to check the archives, but I believe they were shut down very shortly after.

I never said it was an AMP. Never. The poster said there was nothing by him. I pointed out that there was a place advertising right on Michigan Ave near him.

Mount Prospect police on Thursday arrested three women they accuse of prostitution and running an unlicensed massage parlor out of a spa business.

Meilan Cao, 38, of Chicago, was charged with one count of prostitution and a count of giving a massage without a license in violation of the Massage Licensing Act, according to a police statement. Jung Nam Ahn, 60, of Bolingbrook, was charged with keeping a place of prostitution and allowing a person to conduct a massage business without a license. And Tae Kyung Waterhouse, 50, of Haymarket, Va., was charged with an unspecified violation of the Massage Licensing Act.

All the charges are misdemeanors. Each woman bonded out of jail and are scheduled to appear in Rolling Meadows courthouse on Oct. 20, police said.

The women were arrested at Spa One at 1182 S. Elmhurst Rd. in Mount Prospect.

My personal spa package now includes a pair of flip flops (tongs), a shower ball (scrubbie) a razor and a change of clothes. I'm currently thinking it should include a towel also. The girls always ask what's in the bag. It seems better than just walking in and disrobing, they. Never had seemed to equate it with how clean their establishment was, so no problem there. And I walk out as fresh as a daisy with a smile on my face. I'm single and this way I have one less thing to worry about in persuit of my hobby.

I had speculated about getting MRSA about 18 months ago on the Melrose ABS thread and got flammed big time. My son got it at age 13 and it concerned the hell out of me and I have not been back to the 15th ABS since. Now if my 13 y/o son got it from a srape on his elbow he got sliding into 2nd base, it would seem very easy to contract in a SPA/ABS.

His Dr said that it is very easy to contract and is very deadly in certain cases. Fortunately my son is a big, athletic, strong, healthy kid and he recovered quickly.

That is some really scarey shit and a guy in his 40's like me might have a much harder time beating it.

I was in town for 24 and wanted to try the local fair. After reading the forums my first choice was the streetwalker scene along N/C/47 reported on so frequently. The weather and time did not allow so I opted for MP. After reading the forums and seeing an obvious choice I opted for MK on Division.

I met Julie. Decent looking 23 y/o Korean dressed in denem capris and a sleeveless shirt like she was going to the grocery for a loaf of bread. We did .6 for an hour w/TS. The water was luke warm at best and the air cold. Especially, when the air handlers kicked on. I ended up shivering like a wet pup with his nuts sucked up inside his body for warmth. Julie never made eye contact nor did she smile or talk. Her massage was terrible. There were only a couple of moments when the hope for relaxation or excitement presented them selves, only to be dashed by Julies poor shill and frequent leaving the room for a minute or two at a time. But of course, Julie's worst skill was with Mr. Happy. I've seen more skill and experienced more motivation by a high school girl giving her first HR. To her credit Julie had a nice ass and decent body, though her tummy was not flat and her tits were very overdone - something that seems common and which I do not understand. I would rather have a girl with natural Bs than bolt on Ds and day. Especially when it compliments the proportions of their body.

Anyway, I did make a little mess which Julie cleaned up for me, gave a .2 tip and left neither relaxed or really satisfied.

In Ohio and Texas, where I have sampled the wares often - the rate seems to be .4/.6 for half/full hour plus $ tip for a full menu. And the girls aren't shy. Here it seems over prices and under served. Oh well, that's life.
