And of course they are the exception, not the rule. If 5% of guys are out there are like that, then there are still plenty. If 2% are that way, it still makes sense for the women to spend the time to land a few of these.

And this is really all speculation, because I don't know if it is 1% or 2% or 20%. But I just don't really care if the women want platonic, and I just screen them out from the start. It is slightly annoying when people want something for nothing, but if there are guys who will give them that, then I can't really hate on their arrangement.
