I begin by calling Peggy and she said she is available but I waited and she did not get out the house. I saw pair of WSW near Royal Farm on Washington. One is a blonde and white shirt. The other is a red hair in purple T-shirt and white short. I drive by and one call out to me. When I turn to a side street the red hair, purple shirt girl walk to me but instead of get in my car she came to the driver side window. I asked her if she need a ride and want to come in the car. She said "I want to make some money" and "What are you looking for?"

I smelled something fishy and said "sorry, wrong person" and drove away. As I drove away, there was another white pick up truck stop by. WHen I came back 10 minutes later the blonde is gone but the purple shirt girl still there.

I think the purple one is definitely an undercover but please let me know more information and did I respond correctly.

I pick up Melissa on Washington on the way back. She is blond, about 25, and skinny. She want 30 for a BJ and I counter with 20. Her skill is decent but she was rushing me. I will not repeat since rushing is a huge turn off for me.

Be careful out there.

ALPHONSE, YOU DID THE RIGHT THING - FOLLOW YOUR GUT REACTION. When in doubt - bail out. There's always another girl coming down the road, Why take a chance, it wasn't worth the risk. The girls on the loop know how the game is played and don't conduct business through an open car window while on a public road. Since she didn't get in your ride after being invited, and set off all the red warning flags - she may have been undercover,stonned, or running some other scam. Nice job- always play it safe! I like to circle the block to see if there is anything suspicious before making the pick up. BBB

Thank you for your advice. I also noticed that she look kind of a little too pretty. Not for a civilian but for a SW she is definitely a 8 or 9 and that also making me nervous. Another sign is her white short which is a little too short for the average SW. She also has a tattoo under her left arm.

Good info, but I believe you would have done the right thing after chit-chat and drive off then, though DC cops may lie and harrass the crap out of you.

It is amazing. I recall my early newbie days, the rule was never talk to a girl thru the open window. What ... I was over on Wash blvd. There were two nice lookin ladies hangin out by the Aldi. So I pulled into the Aldi parking lot.
Hmmm, and pulled into a parking place. A pick up truck pulled in right behind me. Poor sucker never had a chance. The girl was going to walk over to my car, but the walked over to the pick up truck window and started talkin to the boy. LOL. So help me, I thought the cops came out of every direction. Circled the poor boy and dragged him off to the jail. I walked into the Aldi. The girls were watching me too. And sure enough when I came out, some other poor fool was gettin carried off.

Get out of Dodge.

Understand that I wasnt sure how to do this, but I knew that if they were real SW, the girl would just walk over and basically get in the car. No way was I going to talk to them thru a window. And my aliby was covered. I was shopping at the Aldi. Get out of the car and walk in.

It becomes so real, so poiniant, and it makes such an impression.

Once saw a sting set-up on Wilkens near the big Catholic church between Brunswick and Millington. The bitches were on Wilkens, and this cop who looked like Lurch from the Addams family was parked on Millington near Christian.

Saw the prettiest young thing with the cutest smile near Wilkens and Payson Friday evening. Brunette about a nine on the civilian scale. Well-dressed and well-groomed. Any 411?

Alphonse Smith did the right thing but also did nothing wrong.

I disagree that it is wrong to talk to a SW through a window. HOwever it is imperative NOT TO TALK BUSINESS through the window. A short and sweet "shout out" through the window asking say "do you need a ride" or "do you need some help" or "do you know where ______ is" are absolutely benign (legally and otherwise). The stopping of the vehicle and engaging briefly the potential SW sends a signal to any experienced SW that you are interested.

Seasoned mongers should always be deliberate - haste will often get one in trouble. If one sees a SW that may be too hot to be true, she may be LE. However, we have all had those gems from time to time turn out to be working after all.

Once spotted, take the time to circle a couple of times to get the lay of the land - is the girl or girls staying within the same general location (not moving far from a corner and or well populated location)? Are there any vehicles in the local vicinity that are occupied and "smell of bacon""? Perhaps move on.

However, lets say your willie is too intrigued, continue to be deliberate and park yourself where you can watch for a minute or two. Is the girl engaging potential mongers through the window and declining to get in? Is the apparent conversation fairly long? Is this pattern repeated? MOVE ON. (She is likely LE trying to extract key legal words from the monger recorded that can be used in court (like a sexual acts, money, etc.)). Police want airtight cases to go to the judge and get convictions. If the girl never gets in a car as you watch then she will not likely get in yours. If a car leaves without her and police POUNCE on that car within a block or two you know for sure dont you.

All in all, it is OK to engage a potential SW with benign statements through the window just dont be stupid in what you say (regardless of potentially being LE or not). Be short and brief. If she wants to engage in what could be extended conversation beyond a response to your inquiry or talk "business" through the window FORGET IT. SHe may or may not be LE but it is not worth it at this point.

Be smart. Dont think with your little head. Refrain business talk until she is in the car AND you have driven a distance or out of the immediate jurisdiction.

This is a good strategy a deliberate smart way to engage potential SW.

Please note that some of my best "picks" have been those engaged with out of the car. For example, you see a clean civilian type, that you have never seen before, sitting on the rowhouse steps who apparently is looking, perhaps unsure how to give the "look" and not coming to the curb during one of your passes as you "get the lay of the land". YOur instincts tell you maybe she is wanting to work but new to the business and unsure what to do. Make sure she sees your face as you drive by. By all means consider parking the car (block or so away) and walk up to her. During the drive by and walk keep radar up - scan well for the smell of bacon and true civilian behavior. Her eyes/look will be strong tell as you approach her "stoop" if she is a newbie you will be able to tell. Ask a benign question and engage in non specific discussion. If she is a civilian the conversation will be curt. If she is a newbie, she will engage you and not "direct" the conversation. You should be able to have her walk with you to your car to "help you find where ______ is located" and then once in the car and driving away you can take care of business.
I have gotten some fresh apparent first timers who need money for whatever reason this way e.g. the diamond in the rough.

Anyway, do be safe by not being stupid. Think with your big head and be deliberate.

Nuance of a rule... i think this is not a contrary opinion.
And I would surely not disagree with the infamous Clixx. He is correct, of course. But I think it safe to say, that we fully understand what and why the rule stands.

look, we all understand its generally what we say. you don't talk sex, you don't touch or talk money. these are dangerous subjects, until your as sure as possible. The girls that know, have the same problem, they don't know you. I would not want to give newer or the inexperienced mongers, hunters, hobbyest, the advice that its ok to talk to SW/LE stings,,,, sometimes. ??? That will get you arrested.

As we become more experienced, we learn....

No Clixx your advice is not contrary, Just the words of an old sage monger, that understands the streets. We all have those amazing stories of girls and cops.
