Now mind you, he had emailed her from an internet provider whose ISP can be traced and they knew a lot about him- even where he lives and where his significant other worked!

It seems the crop is dry, and there isn't many reliable options out there, such a shame, every time I find a few good options, it seems like they vanish and back to square one.
