Does anyone know the whereabouts of Jessica? She used to give nice massage at different locations. Downtown on the lower level floor where Water Street Spa is now. Then out of her home on Oakland. Your rundown of her personal timeline is both accurate and telling. From small business owner downtown, to streetwalker.
