There is power in using the board
A few days back I contacted a provider. It took a day or so to seemingly get our schedules on a mutually good time. Lo and behold at a little before the agreed upon time she asked if she could come later that evening. I didn't answer right away, but in that in between time a "respected" member of the board wrote a little about said provider. I read it and decided that I had a change of heart. I did not cancel, I just didn't reschedule. Asked why, and I shared that I had read a forum post that helped in my decision.
Lo and behold just a few hours later, said provider, had a new and glowing review by a first time poster. I wrote nothing on her, as I had not seen her, but I do love to see you guys posting when you might not have otherwise.
I take from what I read that she isn't a horrible provider, or worse yet a thief, but probably one that you had a blazzeh time with and just didn't feel compelled to write on. I get that and have done the same. But let it be a lesson to any provider, come on the board and try and make yourself into something you're not, and you will only hurt yourself. Either get out of the business or step up your game. Thanks for all you dudes that do contribute. It may be helping in more ways than you realize.
