In the area, and in the mood for some variety, so I visited Good Spa. I drew Annie. I have seen her several times before. Very good massage. LMT quality. While this AMP is a limited services place, with repeat visits, I have been able to obtain a fairly reasonable range of services. This place never rushes things, and my sessions generally go over 1 hour. The hourly rate here is only 60. In my opinion, Good and Ping are the best limited services AMPs in Pinellas.

It could have been someone hired by the department of state making sure the massage establishment was up to code etc. They routinely check license, insurance, advertising etc of licensed massage establishments. Probably not a big deal.

This was probably the building owner getting new insurance and they sent an inspector to check the property for any hazards or such. They will walk the entire property and take pictures and notes. Or it was a new policy for VIP. Either way they are a legit company and nothing to worry about.
Now go back and have a good time and report. Ask for Angel and be prepared to be rocked.
